☆Ingredients:

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 tablespoon dried sage

1 tablespoon dried parsley

1 onion, diced

2 stalks celery, diced

4 bone-in pork chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups cubed bread (preferably day-old)

2 cups chicken broth

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup melted butter

☆Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, dried sage, and dried parsley on both sides.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the pork chops until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add diced onion, celery, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables with cubed bread, chicken broth, beaten eggs, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the stuffing mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Place the seared pork chops on top of the stuffing mixture in the baking dish.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.

Enjoy
